Alright people, I've finally saved up what I need to buy a system but, I really don't know what I want to get. Before I started looking around on the internet, I went to a local Memphis dealer and within my price range, I would be able to get two 12" Memphis PR's, the new Memphis 500.1 amplifier, and a ported enclosure that fits the PR's Specs.

Searching around online, I found some Subwoofers that im really interested:

12" FI Q x1

12" SoundStream T5-12 x1

12" Mmats P3.0 12 x1

12" MB Quart RWE-304 x1

12" RE Audio SE12 x1
http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=4911
12" Boston Acoustics G512-4 x1

10" Diamond Audio D610D4 x2

Here are the Specs on the Memphis PR's:

I know that this is a big list to choose from, but what im really looking for is a combination of SQ and SPL, but more SQ over SPL.

If you guys think something in the list would be a better choice than the Memphis setup, do you think you could also list an amplifier that would run good with it?

Thanks!

Ya, I like the RE also but, I'd only have enough money for one unless I saved up awhile longer to get two, but I really don't wanna wait any longer! I plan on ordering everything probably in like 2 weeks once im done paying off some bills.

Also, im not really sure if two SE's could fit in my trunk. Im sure they use a lot of space in the trunk. The car im installing it in is a 1996 Grand Prix SE.

I went onto RE's web page to see the enclosure Specs for the SE and it brought up Ported and Optimal. What does it mean by Optimal?

optimal is the perfect size for that subwoofer....aka what size you will want to build...

i vote dual 2 ohm 10" re se's and a kicker zx1500 or a sundown sae1000 and a 12" Fi Q....both setups would sound sweet

275 for amp

if you call elemental designs and ask one of the techs to send you the best of the b-stock amps, they're good dudes and will make arrangements...

IMO thatd be a SWEET sounding 600 dollar setup

Didn't you SSA guys bash on the Low-Hz guys for doing that sort of thing?
