2 re mx 12's deffinetly. but there is better for the money imo.

ha the mx's hands down, but if it was me i'd get some AA arsenals, fi q's, crystal compx, dd 3500, just to name a few all would be as good if not better than the mx's but cost a lot less.

the L5's are SPL subs, and the MX's are SQ subs that get relatively loud as hell. :-)

MX has a 4" VC, and a Neodymium magnet. they sound better than the XXX and have more output than the SX iirc.:-)

if u can afford the MX...might as well get it. since no one will have them since they cost to much..but if u want something diffrent then do it

oh... i like the sound of the 04' xxx. mx to me sounds just like a really loud "se" to me...

so if i did get get the 2 12" mx's what would be a good amp or two good amps? im thinking of running an amp to each sub, what are some realatively good amps that dont cost an arm and a leg? and should i get two amps of just one bigger one? which is cheaper?

i would get 2 Hifonics bxi2006's if you are on a budget, but if you are going to spend the money on 2 MX's...hell, get a Sundown Audio SAZ1500d or an Incriminator Audio IA 20.1 for each:-)
