i think i need to upgrade my battery but i was wondering which way to go. my current one has 690 cca and i was thinking about getting one with 850 cca. or i could get a second battery to power my sub. i run about 1000wrms on a 75/105 amp alternator, stock. which way would be best.

Dont look at the cold cranking amps, this is only for starting the car, you need a deep cell Optima yellow top.

These battieries can be discharged and recharged without hurting you battery, unlike normal batteries. Sears sells them and they have a good warranty on 'em if they ever go bad.
