i just posted in your other thread. would you be interested in my amp. 180 shiped. two 12" arsenals @ 4 ohms a piece would place a 2 ohm load on my amp and give them each around 350rms which would be perfect. If not good luck! : )

check out the Orion 600d on ebay, around 220 shipped.
or a kicker kx400.1 180 shipped, that would give them the power reccomended by AA
Both are brandnew instead my used one. Only advantage.

damn, they are acttually 750 rms. Dual 4ohm.
A kicker kx1200.1 would work well. If you want something inexspensive then possibly hifonics, but i would save for the proper amp.

Hifonics are overrated so don't expect to see thoes full ratings.

the Arsenals have been getting good reviews. even read comments saying they sound a lot better then the RE SX's which are suppose to be comparable.

If they're louder and sound better than the Assassins, you're in for a real treat!

the arsenals can easily handle 1000wrms a piece. i was kinda interested in those subs before so i asked chad at ascendant audio. he told me he underrates his subs so it can handle alot more than its rated rms.

i don't know much about soundstream amps so i couldn't tell you if that amp is a good choice. i'd say though go with an amp that can put out 1200wrms and kinda go easy with the gain for a daily driver. that way if you ever want to see what kinda number it can hit you can always adjust the gain to utilize the full 1200wrms and crank it up. according to chad at AA, the arsenals can easily handle twice as much rms then the rated rms.

"he told me he underrates his subs so it can handle alot more than its rated rms."

Ok, he told me that he rates his subs in such a way that users will have them around "forever" so to speak.

I believe you about the handling a lot more power, but why would he tell me something different than you? I asked him if the new line was capable of handling more power than what is listed on the spec sheet...
