K I'm tryin to get 8 4ohm svc subs down to 1ohm on a orion 2500d. 2 subs in series, another 2 subs in series, and then 4 subs in series, then they all come parallel. It comes out to .94118 ohms. Is that safe to run on the orion 2500d? (I heard it can handle down to .5 ohms for daily driving.) Although, I wouldn't go that low...

wow...thats gonna be crazy if you get it to work...just make sure you check that wiring three or four times or youre going to burning up alot of equipment

Yea, Orion's amps are awesome. And .94 is close enough to 1... Just get a DMM and make sure it's not any lower. You CAN run .5, but I'd only do it for competition (short burps).
