legacy, its NOT a Ti, its an eclipse aluminum, and a very nice one at that, its an 88100 model which is my favorite sub i have ever heard/had, and is new worth about 250, and on ebay should be about 200 of in good condition.

well there is an 88120 ti. it was even badder than the 9 series ti. it runs for 2000.00. i was also about to grab a pair off ebay before the adires. if it works, you'd best grab it (IF it works).

it's not really old
it is a TI
It's not an aluminum
It's not the 9 series.
It's very simply the TI model before the 9.

i dont get it, there is a 88100 series, (als), and i highly doubt they would make 2 88100 series.

as ludicrous as it may sound, eclipse actually did make two different 88100 series.

the 88120 TI has screens on the rear w/6spokes. the aluminum has no screens w/4 spokes.

the aluminum has two 88120 models, the .4 and .6. 1vc 4ohm and 6ohm respectively.
the TI is a dvc 3.5 ohm sub.

so, legacy, i would use these descriptors to identify exactly which one you are being sold.
