Even though 135 may seem low, it's more than your body weight, so it's actually good for your size. Your doing just fine if you can bench your own weight. Just keep at it, and you'll gain. 270 is pretty good for squat in your case. |

Bronze Member Username: CooldudejzPost Number: 18 Registered: Aug-04 | oso i hate to call you out, but depending on what you benched before u were a freshman i highly doubt u could bench 325 and power clean 300 by the end of your freshman year, but this all depends on what u could bench before you freshman year. like joe said it is almost impossible to gain that much muscle that quickly, even if u could bench 200lbs before freshman year, 125lbs in a year is alot without steriods or creatine, or something else. |
