Remember fedex had damaged my 15 X X X that was sent to india. Now fedex is being a pain in the a** regarding processing the claim. They suck!! But RE audio went out of their way to help me. They have shipped me a new sub and paid for the shipping too all the way to india at no extra cost to me. Now thats what customer service is eh? I guess that answers the question why smaller companies are better to deal with than huge brands. Special thanks to Mark and everyone at RE audio.... you guys are awesome.
PS: i also got a dual 2 ohm this time instead of my 4ohm earlier .....blessing in disguise.
