PROBLEM: None of the 'DIGITAL IN' inputs work. Inputs seem to be detected when connected but no sound. Sound works with analog inputs & when doing 'sound test' via the remote.
Tried factory reset (video + tone defeat buttons 5sec.) new wires - optical & digital coaxial - nothing works... any clues?
Having the same problem out of my T763. It's been sent back to NAD twice; first to correct the non-working video connections; the second time it was for the same problem I'm having now. The digital inputs were not working then and they are not working now.
I feel for you Robert. I brought mine to a local a/v repair shop. A pc board was defective (and out of warranty). The guy said he sees this often with these particular receivers. Anyhow, $300 later it's working fine. If I didn't love this receiver (aside from this one issue) I would've replaced it.
