Cheap Tube based DAC

The cheapest I've been able to find would be a used california audio Sigma II. That's basically what I'm looking for... Hopefully in the $200 or less category.. I'm a college student with decent taste in audio equipment.. it sucks. Thanks for any help you can drop.
