Sub or no Sub for stereo music listening?

I listen to a lot of music and have a pair of Paradigm Studio 60's driven by a NAD 762. Subwoofer is a Paradigm PDR-10. Looking for opinions on using this sub for general music listening or just with home theatre use. Opinions appreciated.

my oppinion pete i like the sound of low bass so
i use a sub even if my speakers go pretty low.

and i use it for both movies and music.

the trick for me with music is adjust the sub output
by turning down the volume to the point where it
just becomes nondistinguishable between your spks.

that way it's not booming to where you can tell
you have a sub but if you turn it off you notice
something is missing.
