Posted on Friday, December 24, 2010 - 16:06 GMT Has anyone checked out the new Anthem MRX series receivers? Looks very impressive on paper but was wondering how they actually stack up. I was thinking of replacing my old Rotel separates (pre-HDMI era) with one of these........any thoughts? |

I have not heard them yet (as I do not need one), but the guys that I have talked to that have heard, and bought, say it is very much the Anthem hose sound.
This is a good thing indeed.
The ARC, mic and all the software are very rare at this price point.
The high end 900 is built in Canada, the other are sourced to Asia (Taiwan for the 700, China for the others).
If I were looking for a HT receiver, I would have Anthem on my short list. |
