New Pioneer VSXD-912K Looks pretty good... very reasonably priced... Or should I go with Onkyo or H/K? Kind of on a budget.

That would all depend on your speakers, the HK is laid back and the Pioneer and Onkyo are bright. What speakers do you have(assuming you own them already)and what is your budget?Also what you want from the receiver would matter, do you want features(yamaha, kenwood, JVC etc)or do you want the best sound quality?(Pioneer Elite, H/K, NAD or Marantz)
Thanks for the reply. I've got nothing right now and a budget of around 800-900 dollars. I guess I can wait on a dvd/cd changer to spend more on the receiver/speakers. I'll use it mostly for music and occasionally for movies. Thanks for the response.
