my thoren's should have an auto-stop when it hits the gutter. oddly, it seldomly stops when it does. even MORE odd is that on every side (all 4, no joke) it will stop in the middle of Stevie Wonder's "Songs in the Key of Life". Since that is a TERRIFIC album, I don't think it's the tt's commentary on it.
this TT is very basic, not a lot of parts, so I'm not sure what to adjust or how to fix this minor annoyance. Any ideas?
There is an "auto-stop" mechanism in the workings under the platter. This would appear to be out of synch. If I understand correctly, sometimes the table stops too soon and other times not at all. Contact your dealer or Torens for information regarding a qualified service technician.
