I know the diamond 8.1s are old but they're the best bang for buck for about £70. Correct me if I'm wrong? (on tight budgeting) Would something like the Cambridge Audio A5 be more suitable since the Nad is quite pricey. Music preference is primarily metal(goth, doom, progressive), but listen to some classical and fusion rock/jazz too! Thanks in advance, I'll be ordering within the week I hope :D |

Luscious midrange is what I like so it sounds like the amp for me. Got a second question actually; Chord Carnival Silver Biwire? http://www.hifibitz.co.uk/product.asp?id=3785 Would I require just to order 1 set because Ive not biwired before.(ill be needing 2 meters) I wont be terminating, just using bare wire because of money. How would I biwire to the Nad because theres 8 speaker connections!! |
