HELLO, I have a RCA LYRA RD 278O, the thing just won't start. I had not used it for a couple of months when I tried to charge it for more than 12 hrs it would do anything. I have tried the reset on the side, still no luck. I am in Toronto, Ontario I have no warranty for it. If there is anything that can be done to fix the problem please offer any kind of assistance.
