I have a technics speaker that wont work. The casing doesnt come apart. How do I get this fixed. I have switched speakers and the other one worked and the original speaker that didnt work still doesnt work. So its the speaker. By the way ita a 3way speaker. bib.
Remove the bass driver via the front, and peek inside. I had a Technics years ago that was fused, and rreplaced that only. Look for the x-over and any signs of overheat. These speakers can use replacement x-o's found at radio shack et al. Yes, the replacement parts are not exotic, but, truthfully, the speakers may not be either.
