i tried to tranfer my library from one computer to another and so i deleted the songs up to half way like apple website says to do. it didnt work and i still have an itunes file on my ipod and only some of songs are on there because the file takes up so much room. and i have tried to delete the file so i just want to know how to delete everything off the ipod like an ipod that ive just gotten out of the box. it is a 20gb 5th generation ipod
