I have an older Denon single-disc c.d. player which skips at about Track 12, 13 on every disc that is played. Too good a player to get rid of though built in 1989. I've cleaned the objective lense and lubed the sled tracking mechanism but still no luck. Does anyone have any more suggestions. As far as I can tell there are no "fine tracking adjustment" dials inside. Overall the player is clean inside. Otherwise a reliable player and no skippage on any other areas of discs.
