Onkyo SKW 320

I have a ONKYO SKW 320 SUBWOOFER WITH 5 SPEAKERS, and a onkyo receiver model n/o TX- SV 646 but no wireing instructions, Can anybody help me with instruction how to hook up the speakers and the receiver, anybody has a copy of the diagrams?? or where can i obtain a copy in AUSTRALIA. All help greatly appreciated Thanks Tom
