I was thinking of buying 2 "Kenwood KFC-W3011" subs, and a
"Kenwood - 1800W Class D Mono Amplifier with Low-Pass Crossover"
for an amp to power both subs, am i over or underpowering the subs? or is it just right? I dont know much about amps so i figured i would ask here, thanks

If they are single 4 ohm coils like I think they are then wiring them parallel to that Kenwood amp would present a 2 ohm load. That Kenwood amp is rated to put out around 900 rms @ 2 ohms so, this would be a very good fit for your 2 subs.

Also, you can't under power a sub.

Also, when getting an amp you can generally get an amp that is rated well over your speakers rms rating without damaging your speaker. Just set your gains correctly, preferably with a DMM and you'll be fine.
