What kind of amp to push three 12" subwoofers(kicker cvr's)

what kind of amp do i need to push three 12" kicker subs? I was thinking of going with the 1200watt rockford fosgate, but not sure how could it'll push them.

Het a Kicker KX1200.1 amp. Hopefully your subs are dual 2 ohm. A JL 100/1 would do the job nicely also

Juan Are the subs 2+2ohm or 4+4 ohm?? And what kind of budget do you have for this amp??

the subs are 2 ohm and im not looking to spend that much i'm thinking 500 or so

Well since they are dvc 2 ohm that will give you a 1.34 ohm load. I would look at a jbl 1200.1 or IMO the hifonics brutus bx1500 which you will get close to 1500 rms at that ohm rating which will be plenty.

The hifonics amp will be cheaper and have alot more features if you get it on ebay.

Davids Hifonics aren't that good I would take a JBL over one of those any day I have seen so many of those amps fail it isn't funny. Juan go look at a JBL 1200.1 it will do the job for you. And it only cost like 299.00 @ sounddomain.com
