Could a fewer fuse reduce the power in the headunit or amp?

I send my electric system in my car to be checked, the guy told me that 3 fuse were overpowered for the capacity, according to the diagram.
2 fuse had 15 instead of 10
and 1 had 30 instead of 10.

However 2 days ago I feel my power (bass specificly) has decreased in about 30% to 40%

I mean 2 days ago, because I didnt play until today very loud, and the bass was kinda weak.

Could a fewer fuse cause that?
was that 30amp fuse the one that was giving the power?

Also, if for a stock headunit I use a 10amp fuse, and later want to change to 1200w (amplifier) do i have to modify it to about 30amp fuse?

DO NOT use a fuse larger than specified for your gauge of wire, and use the proper gauge of wire for your amp.
