ok that 2000.1 autotek amp liek ever since we hoookd it up all it does is gos in 2 protection mode it only works when it wanna i mean it slams but all it does is gos in2 protection mode an we had all speaker wires an rcas an remote bass remote all out an stil was goni in2 protection mode have any idea?

try to give the thing a better ground .. bad ground not suffient return path would lead to protection mode

mine is running fine hooked up to my dd but i need to rewire it down to 1 ohm so it can put out more but thats afta my vaca

all hooked up right i did it an we did the grds 3 times every is hooked up right if did it da first day we got it it work for leik 3mins an went in protection mode an only works when it wants 2 sumthin is wrong wit it cause me an my boi was messin wit it for an hour 2 get it 2 work an still didnt 3 grnds check all wirs he even tolk his hu out 2 c if anything was wrong an its all fine must b a defectd

SPD explain how you grounded it and were you grounded it and also did you try to give your car a better source ground, meaning did you upgrade the engine to chassis ground because some times that can be the problem

Did B offer some kind of warranty with that amp because if this problem is do to a defect it would really suck to have to take a huge loss because i know he had some hefty prices on those things ( good prices for the product but not so cheap to the point that one wouldnt mind taken the loss )

take it to the nearest car audio place and pay to get them to check ur work and then check the amp and if they say its defective return it to B (if he offered any kind of warranty)

HOPE everything works out 4 u both B n SPD cuz that would hurt b's name an i was gonna get sum stuff from him.... (TREO TSX 15's) BTW im still getting those B regardless my subs ar getting on my nerves an i want that 2.125 1 way excursion :-) :-) :-)

well everyone else has NO problems... & are extremely happy..
get it tested professionally... also check the fuses man... take it somewhere...
i highly doubt it was defective, cause he said it did play at 1st....

played at first for like a min its all ho0kd up right how u goin 2 tell me i didnt hook it up right come on its da amp cause no amp never did this b4 its a fu3ked up amp its not Bs fault it dont work its da companys they should test there amps b4 they send them out
