OZ Audio Amps???

In the Car Audio and Electronics Annual Directory, in the amp section OZ Audio has 3 amps listed. 1 of these amps does 1000 watts RMS at 2 ohms. Does anyone no anything about these amps, I thought they were only in the speaker business.
