Capacitor fuse blowing

I recently obtained a capacitor and after installing it into my car a preceded to attached two stereo power amplifiers (XM-2200GTX). the problem is shortly after (more like 1 min) one of the fuses blew (that connects the capacitor to the amps). it seems that every time i replace this fuse it blows now what i don't understand is why the other fuse does not blow they have identical setups and are connected to identical amps (these a basically clones of each other when it comes to thier configuration). So why does one fuse blow when the other one does not every time?

Ok, how is your cap and amps connected? Do you have a fuse connected to the cap? Are you using a power distribution block? Did you charge the cap properly before connecting?
