I have a Phoenix Gold XSC10 Power Flow capacitor that I got from someone. I know the capacitor is old from the 90s. How do I tell if it's still good or if it still works. I hooked it up and charged it using a light bulb and nothing happened. What do I do. Could it be that I have a battery cable as a ground.
