I am having a problem with my Sony handycam DCR-HC26 camcorder. I'm not sure what happend but someone in my household used the camera and now there is a few gray horizontal lines on the screen and it shows up on donwloaded footage to my lap top. IS there any hope of getting rid of the gray lines or am I forced to purchase a new camera?
I am also having the same problem with my Sony TRV265E camcorder. Any suggestions. I have gone through the manual and I have used a cleaning tape several times but still the same problem.
