I need an external mic input, headhone jack and maybe manual adjustable violume levels. That's it. Really good video and GREAT audio--I have the mics already.
Don't need bells and whistles. Will probably get extra light separately.
Don't need still shot capability.
Budget: $500 to a $1000 but the Canon Optura 50 at $500 sounds like the one AT THIS POINT.
