hi, my pc is win xp sp1, 128mb ram, 80 gb HDD, drivers installed for sony trv-285e handycam, but the handycam is not detected by the pc when i connect. when i click capture video from movie maker, it says "no video device connected". same problem occurs when i connect my 6610i phone. It is also not detected. pls help. I m getting sick of it. what could b the problem
