My computer won't let me transfer the footage from my Sony HandyCam DCR-DVD203 to my computer. I don't have the picture package software anymore. Is there anyway I can get my footage uploaded without it?
I tried just finalizing the disk and putting it into my DVD Drive, but it tells me that the audio is in an AC3 format and isn't compatible. Can I somehow change that?
