Camcorder purchase: DVD vs Mini DV?

Greg Gagliano New member Username: Camnewb Post Number: 1 Registered: Apr-04	Posted on Thursday, April 22, 2004 - 06:26 GMT I am interested in purchasing a new camcorder for under $1000 dollars and am not sure if DVD or Mini DV is better format. Most of the time I will be making my own DVD's with Ulead software so quality, ease of tranfer and of course price are my biggest concerns. Any suggestions?
