I'd successfully recorded a party on DVD-RW on a sony DVD203 handycam. I recorded in the VR mode. After recording the disc fully, we played it from the handycam and watched it on a TV set. The recording was perfect. I didn't finalise the dvd yet. After packing the camera and reaching home tried to play back the dvd on the handycam in vain. It showed no data on the disc. It doesnt accept finalise command. I tried with other discs to check if the camera is okay. I found the handycam works perfect with the other discs except the dvd with the party recording. could anyone suggest if I cound recover the data, since my friend is equally worried.
