looking at other peoples q+a's on similar camcorders has made me think that this may turn out to be a complicated little badboy, i was under the impression that the whole point was to burn your footage directly onto dvd and stick it into your dvd player and away you go!! is this the case with this model or do i have lots of hair pulling ahead of me??
