Ok i have a Sony DCR-TRV19 and I was just wondering how you transfer stuff to my pc. I have a USB cord and i plugged it in and everything but i have no program or nothing that pops up and it doesnt even make that little sound. can someone please help?
"DV in/out", "IEEE 1394", "Firewire" and "i-Link" are four terms for the same thing - a high speed interface designed for transferring video from camcorder to PCs. If your PC isn't equipped, PCI cards are very cheap. Enquire at your local PC store.
