I am interested in purchasing my first digital camcorder. I have checked numerous online stores and I have found the Sony DCR-TRV22 and Sony DCR-HC40 to be similar in price (though not completely alike in features). I wanted to pose a question to all the more experienced camcorder users, and hopefully an official reviewer:
Which camcorder is better? The Sony DCR-TRV22 or the Sony DCR-HC40 in a heads-up competition?
From researching this website, it seems that the two are similar in rating. Does anyone have any feedback on this? Please note that I am a complete amatuer, mostly in the point-and-shoot category. Thanks.
