I have a vintage receiver that someone may want. It is a Technics SA-303. If anyone does, I will take it to the local UPS place and see what it would cost to ship it. Then if you will pay that cost, you are welcome to the receiver. I used it for a long time, and it worked wonderfully then. But it has been sitting for a while.
I figured that if anyone wanted it, I would likely find them on this message board.
Actually the reason that I did not is that my computer is not working properly and I cannot download pictures just now. But you can Google Technics SA-303 for a picture and it looks just like that.
I have not used it in a long time. It worked wonderfully about five years ago. It has been sitting protected since then. One person has expressed interest.
If you decide you want it, I will contact you if he does not follow through. :-)
I really can't use a receiver with such little power. 30w X 2 isn't my cup of tea. I have a pair of older Marantz that I wanted to push upstairs in my living room. They need 100w+ to sound good. I think my clock radio has more power lol.
Just for haha's, give me a number to 08021. Thanks.
Wow. I love co-incidences. I lived in Elwood, New Jersey, (08037), on the Mullica River, for 27 years, before we moved to Silver Spring , Maryland, in 1996.
I did not know anything about the receiver, sorry. However there are a number of people who have expressed an interest in it.
Oooo I am sorry, Paul. When you said that it was not powerful enough for your purposes, I contacted someone who had asked for it. He is picking it up at four.
