I have a vintage receiver that someone may want. It is a Technics SA-303. If anyone does, I will take it to the local UPS place and see what it would cost to ship it. Then if you will pay that cost, you are welcome to the receiver. I used it for a long time, and it worked wonderfully then. But it has been sitting for a while.

I figured that if anyone wanted it, I would likely find them on this message board.

That's mighty nice of you. How does it work operationally and can you post pics?

Actually the reason that I did not is that my computer is not working properly and I cannot download pictures just now. But you can Google Technics SA-303 for a picture and it looks just like that.

I have not used it in a long time. It worked wonderfully about five years ago. It has been sitting protected since then. One person has expressed interest.

If you decide you want it, I will contact you if he does not follow through. :-)

Paul, are you interested. As you know these things are very heavy and it may be costly to ship it. You are not in Maryland, are you?

No, I'm in south jersey.

I really can't use a receiver with such little power. 30w X 2 isn't my cup of tea. I have a pair of older Marantz that I wanted to push upstairs in my living room. They need 100w+ to sound good. I think my clock radio has more power lol.

Just for haha's, give me a number to 08021. Thanks.

Wow. I love co-incidences. I lived in Elwood, New Jersey, (08037), on the Mullica River, for 27 years, before we moved to Silver Spring , Maryland, in 1996.

I did not know anything about the receiver, sorry. However there are a number of people who have expressed an interest in it.

If it's in good working condition and shipping is $15 or less I'll take it.

I don't want to spoil any hopes for those who really want it tho.....

Oooo I am sorry, Paul. When you said that it was not powerful enough for your purposes, I contacted someone who had asked for it. He is picking it up at four.

Thanks for the chat and posting the pic
