Juggalo Jeff Unregistered guest | Hey, i have 2 10" alpine type r subs(1041d) they are dvc 4 ohm, and i have a 2 channel amp. I have seen pretty much all sub wiring configurations so it seems. For one sub it can be wired parallel to get a 2 ohm load or series to get an 8 ohm load. My question is can i just wire both subs like the top option here http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/S-LjVEZR2HBB6/learningcenter/car/subwoofers_wi ring.html?subs=1&impedance=DVC4x2 then the subs each to their own channel on my amp would that give a resistance of 2 ohms for each sub or would it be one ohm? The amp is stable at 2 ohms |
