MTX Thunder4500 good?

johnnyacy Unregistered guest | I am thinking about buying 3 10' MTX Thunder4500 in a sealed box for $190. is it a good deal? are these good? what is the difference between a component subwoofer and a subwoofer? thank you |

I know plenty of (not the brand Dual)10" subs in a dual sealed box that will kick the pants of the MTX. I wouldn't buy it. I'd get 2 Vmax 10s or 2 Infinity Perfect 10s to try and stay in the same price range. Should be like 160-180 for the subs on the internet and you should be able to get a pre-fab sealed box for about $50 locally. Can suggest websites if needed. |

johnnyacy Unregistered guest | I found Infinity 1032w, rms 250w, peak 1000w for 80$ each. Also found, Infinity 100.3se, rms 275w, peak 1100w for 109$ each. for vmax i found VEGA-104 rms 300, peak 600 for 80$. Also V-MAX10DVC rms 200, peak 600 for 80$. I found all these on onlinecarstereo.com. If you have suggestions on websites please post a few i would love to check them out. If you know any decent one's located in Canada that would be a bonus so I wouldnt have to deal with the duty at the border. thank you! |
