Hi guys, i'm still quite new to the entire ''sound system'' thing in my car... I was wondering if anyone could help me out... I drive a 94 ranger xlt.
I have two jump seats in back, and i wan't to put a sub. The thing is, i'm a Metal-head, i don't wan't a sub that will shake the crap out of my car, i'm looking for one that has a very good sound quality that can shake just enough. Considering the space in back, would any off you ppl have a suggestion??? My budget is pretty much anything under 500$. Hope u guys can help me. Thx

affordable set of seperates that fit in your truck and the head unit and you done just make sure you get dual preouts

this will come to little more than your $500 but will be worth it

You can pay $50 more and get an IDQ, it will have better sound quality than the vmax. You could also get an adire shiva for $125, both will be better for what you want than the VMAX, but the VMAX will be a little louder.

The Shiva will need a bigger box though, nearly 2 ft, dunno if you could fit it.
