Yikes buddy, that's like 4 Bills shipped. Steep.
I could get a good box for those subs for $150 built by someone that knows what their doing....180 + 150 = $330 and that's for brand new stuff. I know your box is supposedly the bomb, it sounds like it w/ the Diamond port but your reaching on that asking price.

you are prob right i may just drop it to no reserve price... and put it up for grabs

Not saying you abused it...I'm just saying used is used....unfortunately. That's why I have piles of stuff laying around. I know it's good, and I'll never get what I think it's worth, so I just think someday I'll use it. I've got enough spare parts to put like 3 good systems together...not top of the line...but good :-) Some Perfect 10s, a single Tempest, 2 Type R 12s.

A Kicker KX400.1, MTX 6500d, RF Power 800.2

I only have 1 freakin car. :-)

how much are you selling the perfects for?

Anonymous

That's just it....I don't think I am selling them.....he he. However, I am running out of storage space. I have original boxes and papers for everything. Maybe I'm obsessed. Actually, my parents and younger cousin both want sub bump in their systems so I'll probably be using some of it soon. I'd rather give it to someone I know I guess then not get what I think it's worth. For instance I'd Like $65 out of my perfects each. But you can get them brand new for $85 off ebay. Would you pay the extra $20 for new? I would!

SQ on the Perfects is great, just wish I would have bought 12s when I did. Instead I replaced them with the Type Rs. Anyway, I ran the Perfects off an A/B amp and I think that makes a difference. A lot of people say it doesn't when it comes to subs. Of course it could have just been the subs. They are the best things infinity makes, aside from the Perfect Components. And the hit incredible for 10s I think. That's just me....

It's gotta be someone from here, it's still 6 days old. I don't look at stuff that's ending that far off. Anyway, I doubt it will go for a dollar. Nice box though, I really like that Diamond port. Just tell whoever bid that the box got damaged when removing it from the vehicle or something...LOL

You can never have enough... :-) I did get a pair (killer for the money) but they woudln't fit in my car, so their in the van. I got an Eclipse SW8122 Aluminum, right now I'm getting the box built. Only half is built though, since I only had half the money! He he.

Anyway my friend was impressed w/ the Vmax(s) and he wants a set. Yours already comes w/ da box that looks nice and he's got a Tahoe to put them in.

Erik, Most of this was free because of my Bro-in-law's shop

Alpine 9827 HU
JL ZR650-Csi Components (Front)
Orion XTR9002
2-ID MAX 12's
Ported Enclosure tuned to 33hz
JBL BPX2200.1

Only thing I bought were the ID MAXs (at cost of course)

The Orion XTR is a little too much power for the JL components but I'm careful. The JBL amp has surprised me. Does very well, doesn't get but barely warm. I woudln't have bought this amp, but it's done good. And the 2 ID MAX are really TOO MUCH. They get insanely loud before they even start to distort. Very clean sounding, good midbass transition as Jon and others have pointed out. I also don't like the Huge box taking up all my cargo area. So, most likely I'll be changing it out again. Probably to 1 ID MAX or a Brahma 12 maybe an Eclipse Ti. I'd just have to probably sell the JBL amp, use the Orion for the sub, and get a new amp for the JLs. See, and I just don't want to bother with that right now.

fng the negative feedback lol --

the first one is from a guy selling a dallas mavericks hot wheels truck for like 7 dollars who never emailed me and gave me the details then retaliated when i put negative on his

the other is a lady who sold me a "handsigned poster" with wrinkles from rolling that i bought for a gift

turns out andre the giant must have rolled it bc it had damaged and it wasnt hand signed it was one of those copies of an autograph in the picture -- so basically it wasnt at all what she said

and again i got retaliated against

if you win and dont like them i will give you your $ back im not sure if you are able to come here and listen to them but anytime you want you are welcome to head up to big d - i actually live in arlington

Hey erik i might actually bid a considerable amount on those if someone can give me info on whether id need a new alternator to power them. I have a 120 amp alternator on my tiny little 90hp vw golf diesel, I have absolutely no power options. If I could run 600w RMS without any dimming, i might buy it from ya. Anyone know if that'd work out for me?

david you could do the 600 watts rms and buy the subs and see if you have lights that dim...if you do you could run 300 rms by changing your wiring and run higher ohms you would only lose 3 db out put form what you hit with 600 rms in your car (just a thought for you)
