If i need to wire 2 subs into a 2 ohm load and they are dual voice coil, should i get two 2 ohm subs or 2 4 ohm subs. Also, how should i wired them, parallel or series? This will be going to a two channel bridged amp if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance for the help

if you get two 2ohm DVC subs you can wire them in series-parrallel to get a 2ohm load, but a 2-channel amp will prolly shut off it you try to bridge it ar 2 ohms.....you would have to just wire each sub in series and run one sub to each channel.

BUT...you could get two 4ohm DVC subs and wire them in series-parrallel to get a 4 ohm load and that can be bridged to a 2-channel amp!!!

you would get the same power either way!!!
