i have a mtx 1501 d and i cant turn the play with the controls on the amp with out it going crazy...i have a 4 g power wire and mtx says u should use 1/0 for it could this be the problem oris it something else
what ohm subwoofers do you have hooked up to it because if you have it hooked up into two ohms you should have a thicker power wire with equal ground. I have a 0 gauge hooked to mine but when i used eight guage i just about fried it. I was in a hurry hehe.
