I've bought a MA7DVD in-dash DVD Player for my car in California. Does anyone of you know if it works in an european car with an european battery or is there any problem to install it? I think I need an adapter to connect the dvd-player with the cables from the car?

No, the european battery will supplies 12V like US battery, you have to know if the palayer can reads the european DVDs (region 2) and if the AV out is PAL compatible.
