Mono- ussually used to describe a one channel amp. a mono amp has one set of positive and negative speaker terminals(one may also bridge a multi channel amp into a one channel amp by using one positive and one negative from each channel)
Channels- Total number of pos/neg sets of speaker outputs
Loads- described in ohms. the electrical load the speaker puts on the amp. u can alter loads by using series or paralell connections.

Thanks yo

So for two subs, I would preferably want a two channel amp, or if I happened to have a 4 channel amp I could reduce the load by bridging the subs.

I could not run two subs with a mono amp, correct?
