Can just any sub be sealed?

I was told that the subs i bought had to be vented because they were not air flow or summpin like that, that true or is this guy shittin me? I really wanted a sealed box.Subs I have are a pair of Clarion ProAudio srm-2504 10".

I read in a nother forum that those subs sound good in a sealed box.

Nearly any sub is capable of being run in a sealed box as this is the most common (Certain SPL-only subs are usually the exceptions). If you can get manufacturer info they'll tell you what size is best, maybe e-mail tech support.
