Amp for RE SX12

Colin1 Unregistered guest	Posted on Saturday, August 07, 2004 - 17:59 GMT RE rates the sub at 1000w RMS, but since thats thermal, what would one suggest would be the power that I run to it? Here is what im thinking: Alpine MRD-M501 (550w) Kicker KX600.1 (600w) JBL GTO601.1 (580w) MTX Audio Thunder801D (800w, too much?) These are all around the $325-$350 range, in case you have any other amp suggestions. Out of those, which would you take? I found very few good amps between the 600-800 range.
