Hi I have 2 12" Sony P5s. Yes I know they are not the greatest sub and I have NO money to spend on any more subs so please dont suggest that. I bought them for 80 total so I figured this was a good deal (before i was educated) and now this is what i have to use. Anyway I have a box that is larger than 1cu ft . Not sure of the exact size yet. Going to measure tomarrow. Anyway i believe the suggested size is 1 cu ft. What would the effect of a larger box have on the subs performance?? Also I have polyfil in the box which i should prolly remove since it is too large. Will lose polyfill have any effect its not stapled down. Could that be hurting the performance? Thanks for the help.

a larger box will tend to require less power and produce better low end frequency performance. And no loose polyfill wont hurt.

thanks,
