Bronze Member Username: BoopersLima, Ohio United states Post Number: 17 Registered: Jul-04 | about what can I expect to get db's wise from a set of 12" 6ohm dvc Visoniks with 600 watt rms 1200 watt max per speaker, (v129d6 model) if they are properly powered *give example of proper powering if possible* and in proper enclosure, I may go with 4 of these speakers but curious of the output I'd get from 2 before devoting entire trunk of my 97 riviera to speaker enclosure |

You'll easily hit 140s, probably 150s depending on the vehicle, enclosure, and power. For the 15, do around 4 cu ft tuned to 35hz. For more SQ, tune lower to around 26-28 hz. Push it with a JBL 1200.1 and you'll be good to go. You could also do two RE X.X.X. 12" subs, off the same amp, 2.5 cu ft per sub tuned to 35 hz. They would dominate those Visoniks in every way possible. |

Gold Member Username: GlasswolfNorthWest, Michigan USA Post Number: 4269 Registered: Dec-03 | an RE triple X 12" is $360 US 38mm one-way peak excursion. that's an inch and a half. pretty devastating for Xmax on a 12. |
