Thank you victor for your answer! Actually I don't know how to read the eeprom.. but I can try to understand.. would you point to a guide or at least tell me what could i use to do it? I have a little bit of experience with arduino so maybe it could be useful.. Thanks!
There is a simple programmer called Pony Prog, it is just for beginners and supports the 24 series. There is also a very simple, not expensive and convenient programmer CH341A
